Cancellation Policy

At Mobile Area Massage of Tampa Bay, we are committed to providing exceptional mobile massage services to all our clients. We understand that sometimes schedules can change and that flexibility is important. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

Day-of Appointment Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an appointment on the day it is set to take place, and the booking was made in advance, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged per person.

This fee compensates our mobile therapists for their reserved time and travel arrangements. We strive to offer our therapists a fair working schedule, and last-minute cancellations can significantly impact their day.

How to Cancel:

To cancel an appointment, please call us at 727-383-2345 or email us at mammobiletb@gmail.com as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

Cancellation Timing:

Any cancellations made before the day of the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. We appreciate as much notice as possible to reschedule our therapists and offer the appointment time to another client.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations and will be subject to the $50 cancellation fee.

No-Shows:

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without a cancellation notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at your earliest convenience. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date without additional charges, provided it’s not on the same day as the original appointment.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an unforeseeable emergency, please contact us to discuss the situation. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
