Your appointment is officially confirmed. This means your time slot is securely booked for you and cannot be offered to another client. We maintain a strong track record for punctuality, with a 99% on-time arrival rate. Should there be any minor adjustments to our arrival time due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic or weather, we will promptly update you with a new ETA.

Payment Details

• Fee: The cost of your session is noted in your confirmation message.
• Accepted Payments: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and cash.
• Payment Process: Your therapist will handle the payment at the end of your session, allowing for a smooth conclusion to your massage experience.

Priority Scheduling: 

Established clients enjoy priority scheduling, ensuring they have priority over new clients when two people request the same day and time slot.

We provide emergency care for our established clients, addressing sudden incidents like migraines, muscle strains, or back injuries with expert care from experienced masseuses.

Prompt Response:

Our team is available to address emergency calls at any hour, ensuring we respond as quickly as possible to provide the necessary assistance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Day-of Appointment Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an appointment on the day it is set to take place, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged per person.

This fee compensates our mobile therapists for their reserved time and travel arrangements. We strive to offer our therapists a fair working schedule, and last-minute cancellations can significantly impact their day.

How to Cancel:

To cancel an appointment, please call or text us at 727-383-2345 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

Cancellation Timing:

Any cancellations made before the day of the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. We appreciate as much notice as possible to reschedule our therapists and offer the appointment time to another client.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations and will be subject to the $50 cancellation fee.

No-Shows:

Clients who do not show up or who are not at the address, hotel room, or designated location of the appointment without a cancellation notice will be considered no-shows and will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Please be aware that upon booking your appointment, you will receive an immediate confirmation if the booking is made in advance. Additionally, on the morning of your appointment, we’ll send you a reminder, followed by an ETA message as your therapist approaches. Despite these efforts, if you are not present at the scheduled appointment time, we will wait for 10 minutes and make every reasonable attempt to contact you and determine your location.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date without additional charges, provided it’s not on the same day as the original appointment.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us to discuss the situation if you need to cancel your appointment due to an unforeseeable emergency. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
